Driving lessons in St Ives

Cambridge Driving School have driving instructors covering the St Ives areas. Driving lessons are conducted from a single hour, 1.5, 2 or more hours depending on your needs. All lessons are scheduled around your commitments and can start from early in the morning, through to later in the evening. Driving lessons will commence from a location of your choice and can finish in an alternative location if you desire.

All driving instructors at Cambridge Driving School are friendly, patient and are highly experienced not only with the ability to teach, but with the test routes of Cambridge. This with our excellent teaching methods is what provides us with a high first time test pass rate.

Intensive driving courses St Ives

Cambridge Driving School instructors have many years’ experience with intensive courses. Intensive courses will initiate form your location in St Ives and will take you around the test routes in Cambridge. Often we encourage a learner to take an assessment lesson to establish how many hours should be needed. This is usually around the 30 hour mark although some may require less.

Intensive courses can be taken within a single week or spread over several weeks depending on your ability and schedule. The entire duration of the course will be taken with the same instructor, car as will the driving test.

Pass Plus courses St Ives

Pass Plus is a short 6 hour course suitable for those that wish to increase their driving skills and confidence. Discount can be made off your car insurance premium once the course has been completed. No test is to be taken upon completion of Pass Plus courses as the final grading is made by our Pass Plus registered driving instructors. Lessons will start from your location in St Ives.

Refresher lessons St Ives

If you feel that you have lost confidence in your driving ability, have not driven in a while or have not driven around the roads of St Ives or Cambridge, a short refresher course is ideal. Refresher courses usually take from around 3 to 5 hours.
